Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Greater Hartford Refugee Resettlement Coalition (GHHRC). Our organization is completely made up of volunteers. We truly appreciate them all because we could not do it without them!

For some more information on GHRRC, you can view our slideshow.

We use the guidelines and training from IRIS, the Integrated Refugee and Immigration Services, for refugee resettlement.  To learn more about the refugee resettlement process, please refer to IRIS’s Co-sponsorship Manual.

Once you have decided on how you would like to help, please fill out our Volunteer Interest Form.  We will then contact you to start the vetting process which can include:

Once you have completed the vetting, we will put in contact with other volunteers to begin helping in the resettlement process.
