The message can be solved using things related to temperature readings and thermometers.

The rooms numbered on the floor plan give the order of the readings on the thermometers. So, the reading in the bedroom is reading 1. These readings link back to the Temperature Reading Table.

The Temperature Reading Table can be found via the link on the Google form with the title 'What Does The Ghost Want?'. Make sure you have clicked NEXT at the bottom of the Google form until you are prompted to enter the password for Document Pack 1. Once you have entered the password, you will be at the correct stage of the Google form.
