You give us a limited license to process your content only to operate the Service (e.g., generate images, store history, improve reliability).
Prohibited uses
No illegal, hateful, violent, sexual, or infringing content.
No attempts to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service.
No impersonation or violation of privacy or publicity rights.
AI‑generated content
Results may be imperfect or inconsistent. We don’t guarantee any particular outcome or style.
You’re responsible for how you use generated images, including obtaining any third‑party permissions if required.
Purchases and subscriptions
In‑app purchases are billed through Apple. Prices may change. Taxes may apply.
Credits/subscriptions grant access to features for the stated period; unused portions may not roll over.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple’s policies.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
