Paint Corrections
"Paint Correction" is the techincal term for the process of cutting and polishing the clear coat of your vehicle's paint to remove imperfections. Examples of such imperfections include water spots, scratches, swirl marks, etching from bird poop or bug guts, and sanding marks. Most newer vehicles usually only need a "One step" correction to remove light flaws. Buffing will restore that new car shine to your car's paint. Dullness in the finish can be removed through polishing as well to fix sun damage. If your clear coat has completely failed and is flaking off, or you have new body parts you need color matched, automotive paint is also a service we offer.
Ceramic Coatings
We are certified installers for CeramicPro, the industry leader in nanoceramic coatings. Before a ceramic coating can be applied to a vehicle there are necessary steps that must be taken to promote the best physical and chemical bond is made between the coating and your vehicle's clear coat. These steps include a fallout remover to dissolve brake dust, iron deposits, surface rust, and road grime on your paint, some of it so microscopic that you can't see or even feel it, but is enough of an inhibitor to stop a coating from bonding. The paint will also get a clay bar treatment to remove other physical contaminants, plus a two-step paint correction (compound then polish) to perfect the finish and prep the paint for maximum adherence. The purpose of a ceramic coating is to add an extra layer of protection on top of your paint similar to a body armor. Ceramic coatings have a higher hardness rating than factory clear coats which increases resistance to environmental stains, sratches, and scuffs. Other benefits include a very slick feel to the touch, high water repellancy keeping your car cleaner for longer between washes, easier cleaning, and superior UV protection preventing paint from fading in our Florida sun. This is also a service we can offer for boats, yachts and golf carts.
Window Tinting
We are certified installers for Kavaca tint films, a division of CeramicPro. All of our films are backed by a lifetime factory warranty. Our expert staff can go over the options with you to find the tint percentage and type that works best for your needs. For the majority of trucks, suv's, and crossovers, they will be manufactured with privacy glass for all windows behind the driver row. Privacy glass has the "tint" impregnated within the glass and typically reads around 20%. Getting your front windows tinted to match the rears is an economical choice to dramatically decrease the heat radiating into your vehicle from the sun.
Paint Protection Film
This is the ultimate form of preserving and protecting your paint's finish. CeramicPro PPF is a TPU film applied over your selected surfaces and protects against rock chips, scrapes, and UV fading. A typical choice for clients requesting this service is applying the PPF to the front clip (hood, bumper, and fenders) where most rock chips would occur, then ceramic coating the rest of the paint. Our film comes with a 10 year nationwide warranty against peeling, cracking, haziness and yellowing.
