Hello New Students of OU!
Now that you’ve gotten past my eerie cover page, we can really get into the meat and potatoes. This blog is going to be your guide to learning about all of the tragic and horrifying stories that this school does not want you to know about. Surely you've heard about the clock tower curse. I assume your tour guide gave you a brief synopsis of it when you toured here, as they walked backwards and assured your worries with their smile? Some of these tales are so awful that the university had no choice but to embrace it and flip it into something thrilling and exciting for new students.
I bet you don't even have the slightest clue about the Ellison medical building and the vile deeds that were done to students just like you. I don't blame you for not knowing these bits of history but you should avoid brushing these stories off as fictional ghost stories. As soon as you dismiss these stories as folktales, the university has you right where they want you. I was once in your exact same position, but I took it upon myself to explore the truth once I had been given the opportunity. I am now giving you this same opportunity to see the truth. All you have to do is periodically explore this website.
It is your right to know that in almost every building you pass by on a day to day basis, unspeakable tragedies took place, many tragedies that we are still paying the price for. In the meantime, just focus on your classes this semester and keep acting as if all is crimson and cream. Check back here every so often if you really want to know the dark secrets that haunt your university.
Your friend,
The Alumnus
