You are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload complies with applicable laws and does not include offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.
Some App features are free, while others require a purchase—such as subscriptions, credits, or premium add-ons.
All payments are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds are only provided when required by law or under App Store/Play Store policies.
You agree not to:
Use the App to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the App’s functionality.
Violating these rules may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your access to the App.
Ghost Camera relies on third-party providers (Apple billing systems).
Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties or guarantees regarding its accuracy, performance, or reliability.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the App.
We are also not liable for user-generated content or actions taken by third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Continued use of the App after any changes indicates that you accept the updated Terms.
