Welcome to our website

We are a young team working at the Materials & Environment Laboratory (MEL) at the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava. Our research lies at the interface of materials science and organic chemistry, with a focus on the rational design and synthesis of functional materials–including single-entity catalysts–for photochemical synthetic transformations, particularly reactions traditionally considered challenging.
