Data Deletion Process
You have the right to access, object to, or delete any personal data we hold about you.
If you wish to delete your data, you can request deletion within the app. Once you request deletion, your account will be closed immediately and you will be logged out automatically. All your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days.
Please note that you may log in to your account and restore it anytime within the 90-day period. However, after 90 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted, and you will no longer be able to access it.
For legal and security reasons, some data may be retained for up to 65 days or more after your account is closed.
To delete your data, please follow these steps:
Go to the app Home
Tap the Setting Bottom Navigation button
Tap Account Delete Go Another Page
Tap Delete
When you click the Delete button, a confirmation dialog will appear asking:
“Are you sure you want to delete your account Request ?”
If you click Yes, your data deletion request will be submitted successfully.
If you click No, the deletion process will be canceled, and your account will remain active.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws, you have the legal right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
However, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can address your concerns directly.
