Simple Summary: We value your privacy. Your "jiggle" (motion) data is processed and stored locally on your device. It is never sent to our servers or shared with third parties.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how GhoRace ("the App", "we", "our") handles information in relation to your use of the GhoRace mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy is intended to help you understand what data the App stores, how it is used, how long it is kept, and how you can have it removed.

2. Who we are

3. Data we collect

GhoRace does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with the developer or any third party. No account, registration, or login is required to use the App.

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Workout session records (rep counts, session duration, distance covered, activity type)

• App settings and preferences (activity configuration, display preferences)

• Session timestamps and condition markers recorded during workouts

None of this data is transmitted off your device at any point.

4. How your data is used

Data stored on your device is used solely to provide the core functionality of the App — specifically, to display previous session results and to generate a ghost session for you to race against during subsequent workouts. This data is never used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any other purpose.

5. Data retention

Session and settings data is stored on your device for as long as the App remains installed. Individual sessions are retained indefinitely unless deleted by you. No data is held on external servers or databases, and the developer has no access to any data stored on your device.

6. Data deletion

You have full control over your data at all times:

• To delete an individual session, swipe left on the session from the home screen and confirm deletion.

• To delete all data, uninstall the App from your device. Uninstalling removes all locally stored session records, settings, and preferences permanently.

No request to the developer is required to delete your data. Because no data is held externally, deletion is immediate and complete upon uninstalling the App.

7. In-app purchases

GhoRace offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full version of the App. All payment transactions are processed entirely by Google Play. GhoRace does not receive, process, or store any payment card details or billing information.

8. Social sharing

GhoRace includes an optional feature that allows you to share a summary image of your workout results via your device's native share sheet. This image may contain workout statistics including rep counts, distance, time, and comparison data from previous sessions.

Sharing is entirely voluntary and user-initiated. GhoRace does not automatically post or transmit any data to social media or other platforms. When you choose to share, the content is passed to your chosen app or platform and is thereafter governed by that platform's own privacy policy. GhoRace has no visibility into or control over how shared content is handled by third-party platforms.

9. Third-party services

The App uses Google Play billing services to process in-app purchases. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy, available at google.com/policies/privacy.

10. Children's privacy

GhoRace does not knowingly collect data from children. The App does not collect personal data from any user, regardless of age.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
