Gholamreza Garmanjani

Welcome

I received my PhD in 2018 under guidance of Prof. Mohsen Esmaeilbeigi at Malayer University, Malayer, Iran. My research interests include applied mathematics, numerical analysis, PDEs, spectral methods, adaptive algorithms, radial basis functions, and its application to applied problems, modern sciences, and the real world. My thesis work focused specifically on choosing the centers for RBF approximation. Main topics include:

  • kernel based approximation;

  • radial basis function (RBF);

  • numerical solution of PDEs via RBFs;

  • partition of unity methods;

  • adaptive refinement schemes;

  • machine learning;

  • fluid mechanics.
