This privacy policy applies to the GhibStyle: AI Image Generator app for mobile devices, created by Amul Patel as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This may include:
Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
The overall time spent on the Application
The operating system and device type you use
The Application includes a face swap feature, which allows users to upload photos containing faces in order to generate an AI-edited image.
When you use the face swap feature, the app temporarily processes your uploaded image to generate the swapped face result.
Facial data is used only to perform the face swap, and is not used for identification, profiling, advertising, or authentication.
The image you upload is processed on secure servers and is automatically deleted within 30 minutes of upload.
The Application does not collect or store biometric identifiers, facial templates, or any data used for facial recognition.
No face data or images are shared with third parties.
If you choose to save the final image to your device, that image is stored locally and is not linked to any user-identifiable data.
Uploaded images used for the face swap feature are retained temporarily, for no more than 30 minutes, and are then automatically deleted from our servers.
General usage data (e.g., crash logs, analytics) may be retained for internal use to improve the Application.
If you wish to request deletion of any user-provided data, please contact us at hdhameliya108@gmail.com, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hdhameliya108@gmail.com.
Only aggregated, anonymized data may be transmitted to external services for the purpose of improving the app. The Application uses the following third-party services, which may have their own privacy policies:

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using standard procedures available via your device or app store.
