The Laity Youth Convention is a four-day experience of prayer, community, and empowerment for the Ghanaian Catholic Youth Ministries in CT, MA, NJ and NY. The schedule includes general workshops addressing a wide variety of topics facing the youth including, Catholic spirituality and prayer, social issues, and leadership. This will be an opportunity for the youths of the Ghanaian Laity Apostolates to learn more about themselves and their relationship to the Catholic Church, to be spiritually enriched through the celebrate their Catholic Christian faith, meet other Catholic youth and share beliefs/experiences, and recognize their roles as future leaders of the Catholic Church.
