Tuka Alsoufi: Secretary General

Hi! My name is Tuka and I'm a senior at Lincoln Community School in Accra, Ghana. I am originally Yemeni, but I have lived in five different countries since birth. Due to my exposure to different cultures all over the world, I have gained a passion for international development, thus making me a dedicated member to many different service clubs, including Model UN, Prom Committee, Ghana Must Read, Operation Smile, and Diplomacy Club. GHAMUN '18 marked my first time on Secretariat. GHAMUN '19 is my second time on Secretariat and 13th MUN conference. I enjoy Model UN because it allows me to practice what I love most, which is making the world a more safe and sustainable place to live for all human beings. I look forward to a great conference full of enthusiastic delegates and promising solutions!

Anthony Mensah: Co-Deputy Secretary General

Greetings! My name is Anthony Mensah and I am a current junior at Lincoln Community School. I am from Ghana and Venezuela and this is my 8th year living in Ghana. My hobbies include sleeping, eating, playing football, spending time with my family, or doing service work outside of my home. This year's GHAMUN is surely going to be the best we've ever had because of the amazing secretariat we have running it and all of the spectacular delegates we have attending. This is my second year in the secretariat and having such a big position is a lot of work, but I have made this a priority to give you guys the best conference you've experienced.

Carlotta Harper: Co-Deputy Secretary General

Hey! My name is Carlotta and I am a senior and I'm currently undergoing my 15th scholastic year at LCS. Having lived all my life in Accra, I prioritize the amelioration of my local community and have accordingly been involved in an abundance of CAS groups such as varsity volleyball, Lincoln Blue Notes, Prom Committee, and am the current student lead of the LCS Chapter of Ghana Must Read, a non-profit organization created with the intent of improving literacy and spreading the love of literature in Ghana. As this is my second year as a Deputy Secretary General at GHAMUN, I am looking forward to putting forth creative ideas and effectively plan GHAMUN XIV so that all delegates, both highly experienced and inexperienced, can be highly engaged and can undergo a unique learning experience this GHAMUN '18.

Tomás Dias Piva Imparato: Co-Deputy Secretary General

Hello! My name is Tomás Imparato and I am a Brazilian senior at Lincoln Community School in Accra, Ghana. The nature of my expatriate status has exposed me to many different experiences and cultures, all of which have helped me shape an international world view. My inherent sympathy for all things international have led me to develop an intense passion in the field of international politics. This has subsequently led to a long and wonderful experience with MUN; I started in 2015, but I have since been involved in 8 conferences as a delegate, 3 of which I represented a P5 member of the Security Council, winning the “Best Delegate” award for each of my Security Council experiences. My experience in MUN has taught me the importance of compromise, seriousness, diplomacy, and cooperation; values that I hope to see reflected by all attending delegates and the forums as a whole. I look forward to a monumental, significant, fruitful 14th edition of GHAMUN.
