These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Docunelo: PDF Reader - Document Viewer Android application (“App”), package com.gh.pdfreader.docreader.documentviewer, provided by GH Innovation, the name used by an independent individual developer based in Vietnam (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the App and uninstall it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for personal-data processing.
The App is not directed to children under 13. You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms or use the App with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where applicable law requires it. You must comply with laws that apply to your use.
The App helps you find, organize and read supported PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HWP/HWPX documents on your Android device. Features include listing, searching, sorting, favorites, recent documents, renaming, sharing and deleting files. Tools include merging and splitting PDFs, creating PDFs from images or text, exporting PDF pages as images and converting supported HWP/HWPX files to PDF.
Reading and document-tool processing operate locally. Support for a format does not guarantee that every file, layout, font or embedded element displays or converts correctly. Some tools cannot process encrypted, damaged or digitally signed documents. Review generated files before relying on them. Features depend on Android version, device, permissions and App version.
No user account is required. The App is free and currently has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. It includes advertising integrations and may display ads. Your carrier or internet provider may charge for data usage.
You retain ownership of your documents. Using the App does not transfer ownership of your files to GH Innovation. You are responsible for rights and permissions needed to access, modify and share them.
Renaming and deleting affect actual files on your device. Deleting a document can permanently remove it. Check the selected file before confirming and maintain independent backups of important documents. The App is not a backup or file-recovery service.
When sharing a document, you choose the receiving app or recipient. Their terms and privacy practices govern the shared copy. Revoking access or uninstalling this App does not retrieve copies already shared.
Subject to these Terms, GH Innovation grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App lawfully on devices you own or control.
The App’s software, original artwork, branding and other materials belong to GH Innovation or their respective licensors. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses; these Terms do not restrict rights those licenses grant. Your documents remain yours.
You must not use the App to:
Break applicable law or infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
Access, alter, delete or distribute files without authorization.
Distribute malicious software or interfere with the App, connected services or other users’ devices.
Manipulate advertising systems, generate fraudulent ad interactions or impersonate GH Innovation.
Copy, redistribute, sell or reverse-engineer protected parts of the App except where law or the relevant software license permits it.
The App uses third-party advertising, analytics, crash reporting and configuration services as described in the Privacy Policy. Ads and shared-document destinations may lead to services operated by other parties.
We do not control third-party content, products or services, and displaying an ad is not an endorsement. Transactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser and subject to its terms. Nothing here excludes obligations applicable law places on GH Innovation.
We may update, modify or discontinue features to maintain the App, address security issues or change the service. Continuous availability, compatibility with every device and support for every document are not guaranteed. We will provide notice where required by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors or suitability for a particular purpose. File operations can be affected by storage failures, permission changes, operating-system behavior and other circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory warranties, consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GH Innovation will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, including lost profits, business interruption or loss of data.
This does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including remedies required by mandatory consumer-protection law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. No account cancellation is needed. Your license may be terminated if you materially breach these Terms, subject to applicable law and required notice or opportunity to remedy.
Ending use does not transfer ownership of documents or reverse earlier file actions. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property rights, applicable liability limitations and dispute provisions, continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, subject to mandatory protections applicable in your place of residence. You may contact GH Innovation to seek informal resolution of a dispute. Doing so does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or meeting a legal deadline.
If unresolved informally, a dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights to a competent consumer authority or court.
We may revise these Terms as the App or legal requirements change. Revised Terms display updated dates. We will provide notice and seek acceptance where required by law. If you do not agree, stop using the App. Changes do not remove rights accrued under applicable law.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
