Worked as senior student research associate in the “Low cost indoor occupancy and climate monitoring system for energy conservation” project, under supervision of Prof. Anoop Singh. Designed the real time load calculation formulation for the backend system, which can save up to 10%-12% electricity load of air conditioning by judicious operation of the AC units. Currently working on the automated monitoring, intellectual property right and commercialization aspect of the product.
B.Tech thesis project- titled “Solar desalination of water using Nano-fluids”, under supervision of Prof. Sarit K. Das (Director IIT Ropar) and Dr. Himanshu Tyagi. Experimentally compared the evaporation rate of water with “Amorphous Carbon Nanoparticles” against the water with commercially available “Solar Selective Coating” under concentrated solar irradiance using Fresnel lenses. Reported up to 90% enhancement in evaporation in case of nanofluid for certain concentration.
Designed & fabricated a robotic machine which can produce the Indian sweet dish Jalebi.

Did a case study about the different types of solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, solar PV-thermal hybrid technologies including solar fuels, solar furnace, solar power tower & different sun tracking systems. Analysed their economic viability, efficiency & effect on sustainability of the planet.
Modelled & analyzed the rail track for different sleeper position & its effect on vibration, corrugation & on critical maximum speed which can cause rail track beam failure.
Devised Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) based algorithm, for multiple criteria decisions making in weapon purchase as per Indian requirements using fuzzy logic.
