Workshop on
Gisbert Fanselow's Contributions
to Syntactic Theory
& 47. Tagung der GGS
Attendance is free. Everyone is welcome to participate.
Workshop: In this workshop, we want to recognize and celebrate Gisbert Fanselow's contributions to the field of syntactic theory. We have invited short talks (about 30 à 30 minutes) and posters (about 15) from colleagues of all generations who will take up contributions and ideas developed in Gisbert's work (list of participants).
47. Tagung der GGS: Within this workshop, we integrate as a poster session this year's meeting of the GGS (GGS 2023; Generative Grammatik des Südens/ Generative Grammar of the South), for which we launch the traditional call. Gisbert founded, together with Jindrich Toman, the GGS in 1982 and it has since then been a lively yearly forum for syntacticians and linguists from the German-speaking area and beyond.
