Precise Location: We collect precise location data (GPS) to enable Attendance Verification, Work-site Reporting, and Conveyance Tracking.
Background Location: This app collects location data to enable tracking even when the app is closed or not in use. This is required to ensure accurate attendance marking and travel allowance calculations.
Camera & Photos: Access is used for capturing profile photos or uploading work-related documents/images with employee consent.
Contacts: Access to contacts is used exclusively for internal employee-to-employee communication features (In-app Messenger).
Device Information: We collect basic device details (model, OS version) to ensure app security and operational reliability.
The collected data is used exclusively for:
Verifying attendance at designated work-sites via Geofencing.
Processing leave requests, manual attendance, and conveyance applications.
Operating the internal messenger for employee collaboration.
Sending push notifications for important company announcements and approval alerts.
To provide seamless and accurate tracking, GGEP utilizes a Foreground Service. This service ensures that location updates are processed reliably without interruption, even when the employee is using other apps or the device is locked. A persistent notification is displayed in the status bar while this service is active.
No Third-Party Ads: GGEP does not use personal data for advertising or marketing.
No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade employee data with third parties.
Internal Use Only: Data is only shared within the organization for administrative purposes or when required by law.
Security: We implement industry-standard encryption and secure authentication (SignalR, etc.) to protect data from unauthorized access.
Retention: Personal data is retained only as long as the individual remains an active employee or as required by company policy and local labor laws.

Enable or disable location, camera, or contact permissions via device settings (Note: Disabling location may affect attendance features).
