Alieu Moussa Sheriff
Founder
Alieu is a Global Gender and Human Rights/Climate Justice, Feminist Champion and Young Entrepreneur. He prefers giving everything out through Volunteerism and Community Services. He has obtained knowledge and skills from his community-based engagement initiatives locally, nationally and internationally including Online and on Site Trainings, Fellowships, Internships and Work Experiences. He is a Federation of International Gender and Human Rights SGBV Diplomatic Fellow, a Volunteer and an Ambassador of several local, national and international humanitarian organization including United Nations Volunteers, UNHCR, The Federation of International Gender and Human Rights, State of Youth, YCM, etc.
He has over 20 years of volunteering experiences in different disciplines. He holds Certificate of Professional Communication and Project Management from BlueCrest University College Liberia. He is a multiple international awards winner in Gender and Human Rights, Community Services and UN SDGs. His foremost priority is GIVING-BACK-TO-SOCIETY.
Destiny Forkpah
Co-Founder
Destiny is a Passionate Girls and Young Women Advocate. She is a victim of SGBV (Inequalities in education) from high school in 2019. She has stood-up in the fights to end all forms of violence against girls and women across her region, nation and globe. She holds a High School Diploma from St. Joseph's Catholic High School. She is the former President for the Girls Club under Plan International Lofa Programme Unit and has served in Leaderships for several girls groups and built the capacity of girls and young women up till now. She has undergone through several Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights Trainings including Plan International Liberia, YOUNETPO, Passion for Youth Education Foundation, CSI, etc. She is a Volunteer of Stella's Girls Inc. Liberia Chapter.
She is a SHE-CAN Global Scholars student currently on her Bachelor Program studying at The Muhlenberg College, USA.
Media and Communication Director
Augustine is a young leader born in Lofa County on August 19, 1993. He has an AA Degree in Secondary Education from the Lofa County University. He also has certificates in films and Media for Peace studies. He joined the Unites movement in 2018 and became county coordinator in 2019 up to present. He also volunteer with the Youth for Change, All on Board Media Production and National adult Education Association of Liberia (NAEAL) With NAEAL he is working as media for Peace and cinematography facilitator. He is a team player, motivator, public speaker and a leader.
Project Coordinator/Brand Ambassador
Roseline is a Liberian Female Rapper (Lil Rose) and also an Actress who share SGBV messages through her songs and movies. She has served as Project Officer - All On Board Media Production. She has served as Child Welfare Officer - Humanitarian Initiative for Community Development (HICOD). She is a High School Graduate from St. Joseph's Catholic High School. She is a Volunteer of Liberia Unites.
She is ambitious of becoming Great Computer Engineer, currently on her Bachelor Program studying at the University of Liberia.
Program Director
Johnson Flomo has 8 years plus experience in Filmmaking field and 5 plus in Humanitarian Services. He is passionate about the rights of person with disability, leadership development and youth capacity building as a way of adding value to the current generation. With the increase in leadership and identity crises, amongst the youth inspired him to form an organization called Lofa Youth for Development Network (LYN) international to help build youth capacity in leadership and self-awareness as the way of reducing leadership crisis and shift in paradigm. As the Founder and Executive Director of Lofa Youth for Development Network, he has the responsibility to organized and manage the activities of the organization both online and offline. In the course of the past through LYN Johnson has trained 50 community leaders, distributed five hundred tracks of Behavior and Career Development to students and community youth and carry out 15 community engagements sensitization campaign to eradicate discrimination against person with disability and violence against women. He has acquired skills in digital citizenship and membership with the Young African Leadership Initiative Network and awarded documentary director of Liberia and West Africa. He has an experience as Program Office with a demonstrated history of working in the program development industry. Skilled in Analytical Skills, Leadership, Finance, Presentations, and Strategy. Strong program and project management professional with a Associate's degree focused in Mass Communication/Media Studies from free Pentecostal College. He is a volunteer of Liberia Unites, Media Education Team and Youth for Change Inc. Dedicated, hardworking and reliable professional who maintain a consistent focus on leadership development, film directing and project management.
