Introduction
Thank you for using GFX Tool Game Launcher. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information on your device. The App works fully offline and does not collect or send your personal data anywhere.
By using the App, you accept the practices described here.
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything is processed on your device only.
To display system information inside the App, we read certain device details such as CPU usage, core count, frequency, battery level, battery temperature, voltage, RAM usage, storage usage, and the list of installed applications. This information is only used to show analytics and populate the game launcher.
The App saves a small amount of data locally through SharedPreferences. This includes your selected settings, theme preference, the games you added to the dashboard, and the last cleanup time. None of this data leaves your device.
All information is used only for App features and is processed locally.
We use device analytics to show CPU, battery, RAM, and storage information inside the App. The installed apps list is used to show available games in the launcher. Cache details are used for cleanup features. Your preferences help personalize the App. The optional FPS and latency tools use system data only for display.
The App asks for certain Android permissions to provide its features.
• Usage access permission is needed to read cache size and display app usage details.
• Notification permission is needed to show optional monitoring notifications.
• Foreground service permission is needed for the FPS or latency monitor to run.
• Permission to kill background processes is needed for the cleanup tool.
• Permission to clear cache is required for the cleanup feature.
• Permission to read package size is required to display cache details.
• Vibration permission is used for haptic feedback.
• Wake lock permission keeps the device awake during cleanup operations.
• On Android 12 and below, storage permission may be needed to load app icons.
Some phones also require additional badge permissions to show notification badges.
If Shizuku is installed, the App may request Shizuku permission for advanced tools, but this is completely optional.
All App data stays on your device. Nothing is stored on any server, and the App does not use cloud storage.
The App relies on Android’s built-in security and sandboxing. Other apps cannot access your App data.
The App does not send any information over the internet. Internet access is not required for normal use. The latency monitor only performs a simple ping to check network delay and does not send or receive personal information.
The App uses common Android libraries such as Material Design components, Glide for loading icons, Lottie for animations, Gson for local JSON handling, Shimmer for loading effects, and the Shizuku API for optional advanced features. These libraries work only inside your device and do not collect or transmit your data.
The App does not collect your name, phone number, email, contacts, photos, videos, audio, location, browsing history, call logs, financial information, health information, analytics data, crash data, advertising ID, or any other personal identifiers.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The onboarding process asks users to confirm they are 18 or older. If you believe a child has used the App and entered personal information, please contact us.
You can access all stored information inside the App itself because everything remains on your device. If you want to delete your data, you can do so by clearing the App data from Android settings.
You can disable notifications, revoke usage access, or turn off monitoring features at any time. Uninstalling the App removes all stored data.
All data stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App. We never store anything anywhere else.
