Three VIA members and GFWC Delaware President, Mindy Goss met with Jacqueline Sterbach, Executive Director, "What is Your Voice?" at Abbotts Grill in Milton on July 31st to present her with 119 $10 gas cards from WaWa and Royal Farms.  Our generous VIA members donated the funds to purchase the gas cards for victims of domestic violence who receive them from What is Your Voice?
