Mentorship

Mentorship is a critical component of the Google for Startups Accelerator curriculum. The selected startups will have access to leading experts from Google, as well as our global network of mentors. Mentorship sessions will cover areas such as technical engineering, product design, business strategy, customer acquisition, and leadership development for founders.

Albert Padin

Albert is a Google Developers Expert in Cloud, and Machine Learning. He is also the founder and CTO of Symph.co, helping businesses and startups with their technology and software solutions needs.

Alice Besomi

Alice identifies Jungle Venture's next investments in "global tech leaders, born in Asia". With recent deals in AI, deep tech, cybersecurity, data management, Fintech, and the future of work. Prior to Jungle Ventures, Alice spent 4 years as an Associate at Paris-based Venture Firm A Plus Finance where she helped digital French startups grow and expand in Europe.

Amarit Charoenphan

ASEAN Director,

Amarit is the ASEAN director of Impact Collective, a community driven investment fund for impact driven startups focusing on opportunities in Asia. He is also the co-founder of HUBBA - Thailand’s first coworking space, and Techsauce - Southeast Asia's leading technology media and events company.

Anselm Tan

Head of Corporate Venturing -

Anselm has a keen interest for meaningful innovations to transform how healthcare is delivered, and manages external early-stage innovations at Philips. In his role, Anselm identifies, invests in, and works with tech companies to complement Philips’ assets and drive improvement in health systems. Anselm started his career as an engineer, before taking up roles in finance, chief operating office, private equity and corporate venture capital.

Barbara Guerpillon

Unilever Foundry Director,
Unilever Asia


Barbara leads Unilever Foundry in Asia, enabling its global brands to accelerate experimentation and pilot new technologies more efficiently, effectively and speedily. She is also pioneering a new model of engagement with the wider innovation ecosystem through LEVEL3, and has worked with numerous startups from e-commerce platforms, to advertising technologies and digital mapping.

Bobby Liu

Bobby is a serial entrepreneur whose first foray into the startup ecosystem was starting startup coworking space and incubator, Hub.IT, in Hanoi, Vietnam. He is also the senior director of Topica Edtech Group, and the executive director of the TFI, an early stage accelerator. Bobby actively mentors and advises startups in Southeast Asia, and pioneered the Techfest technology platform in Vietnam.

Chris Tran

Over his career Chris has led numerous private and public equity and debt fund raisings, mergers, restructurings, disposals, strategy, and market entry projects.

Claudia Zeisberger

Professor of Entrepreneurship & Family Enterprise, INSEAD


Professor Zeisberger is an author, professor and academic director of INSEAD’s PE & VC centre (GPEI), and a founding investor in INSEAD’s first dedicated seed fund, INSEAD Alum Ventures (IAV). Prior to joining INSEAD, she spent 16 years in global investment banking. She devotes much time mentoring early stage companies, and regularly advises institutional investors, family offices and SWF’s.

Daniel Le

Daniel leads Android partnerships at Google, and is a coach and startup Mentor with 9+years of experience across 5 countries in startup, consulting and technology with a focus on business development and partnerships, sales and digital marketing. He is passionate about technology, emerging markets, growth coaching, digital business model and storytelling.

Dennis Alund

Dennis is a Google Developers Expert in Firebase and a certified Google Design Sprint Master passionate about product development. He is also the founder and CTO of Oddbit software development, and co-founder of Kumpul, a coworking space in Bali. Dennis is a community activist who likes to run workshops, seminars and write articles about solutions and tips on how to build great products.

Dilendra Wimalasekere

Dilendra have built both B2B and B2C tech companies, and helped with their global expansion. His latest startup, Alavi.ai, is a B2B SaaS platform that leverages AI to optimize marketing campaigns. Dilendra have experience in angel and seed fundraising, getting businesses to profitability and positive cash flow without additional funding, and have steered companies through the 2000 dot com bust, 2008 financial crisis, and the present Covid-19 crisis.

Erwin Huizenga

Erwin Huizenga is a Machine Learning Specialist at Google. Erwin helps businesses leverage the power of Google Cloud to bring Machine Learning products into production and generate value. Some of the customers he has worked with are Spotify and Booking.com.

Eunice Sari

Dr Sari is the co-founder and CEO of UX Indonesia, and Customer Insight in Australia, leading service design projects and initiatives in empowering digital transformation for global organizations. A UX expert and design researcher with over 20 years experience, she has also published a number of international publications benefiting both academia and industry in implementing service design worldwide.

Faizan Siddiqi

Faizan is an angel investor across SEA and Pakistan. He has execution and commercialization experience in product development, media, logistics/ supply chain, e-commerce and adtech . Ferish Patel

Fred Hersch

AI Healthcare Lead APAC,

Dr Hersch is a medical doctor with a background in information technology, and passionate about the role of design-led technology in transforming access to healthcare, especially in resource poor settings. An early pioneer in the telemedicine, he cofounded one of the first web based telemedicine platforms, MedTech Outreach Australia in 2002. Fred mentors and advises on health technology initiatives in the region.

Grace Sai

Grace is the co-founder of Found8, a coworking community of entrepreneurs and corporate innovators, and leads Found8 Corporate Innovation, a partner to corporates embarking on their innovation journeys. Grace is a Kauffman fellow, and managing partner of Found. Ventures, a seed fund investing in early stage tech companies. She is an entrepreneur-in-residence at INSEAD, a TEDx Singapore speaker, and a UN Women Entrepreneurship Day Ambassador.

Harry Tan

Harry is a growth manager in the Google Ads team in Singapore, with an expertise in brand and mobile performance marketing. He helps mobile and games app developers across South and Southeast Asia to grow more effectively with Google Ads. Prior to Google, Harry was the founding team member of Unity Ads team in Singapore, helping mobile game developers and marketers find success with Unity Ads solution.

Jamie Lee

Jamie is the co-founder of The Kind Friend, a wellness company that aims to help individuals live a more mindful life using the journal as a catalyst to start conversations around the importance of self-care, reflection and looking after the mind. Prior to founding her business, Jamie was the regional growth and partnerships lead at Carousell, and had also founded two education businesses in Australia.

Jeffrey Paine

Jeffrey is the co-founder and managing partner of Golden Gate Ventures, an early stage tech VC in Southeast Asia, investing in over 45 companies since 2012. Jeff started and manage the Founder Institute in Singapore where he oversees its expansion in SEA and Japan. He is also a recipient of the Founder Institute Director Award 2012 for “Greatest Ecosystem Impact” Worldwide (Singapore).

Jodie Collins

Jodie leads the growth of Google's creative business for the region. She is also the founder of Re/Digital, a digital strategy and training firm working with startups and MNCs to upskill teams and develop their digital marketing strategies. Jodie has over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience with some of the world's leading agencies, media companies, and brands.

Jordi Castello

Jordi is a serial entrepreneur and multi frontier explorer focused on the vast potential of digital space. He co-founded emagister.com, Androidlist, and letgo, U.S.’s largest and fastest-growing app to buy and sell locally, with tens of millions of active users, and 400 million listings in the past years. Josh (Adi) Tedjasaputra

Juanita Woodward

Julien Condamines

Prior, Julien was a Google product marketing manager in LatAm.

Kerry O'Shea

Kerry is a diversity program manager in people operations at Google. He drives key diversity and inclusion initiatives across Asia and globally. As a Google trainer, coach and mentor, he facilitates workshops for sales, engineering, and leaders on topics like mission, culture, strategy, change, influencing, decision making, adaptability, inclusion, and overall team effectiveness. Kerry is also on the Singapore National Skills Advisory Panel, and an adjunct lecturer at NTU.

Marcel Pinto Biescas

Marcel is an Android developer advocate, based in Singapore. He works with partners in Southeast Asia to deliver better and smaller apps, and improving the Android ecosystem. Prior to Google, Marcel worked in Berlin for many years building Android Apps.

Mathieu Sneep

Mathieu leads the strategy in APAC to help Google’s largest clients create best-in-class mobile experiences. His expertise is in deal closing, people management, digital ads (programmatic, apps, display), strategy development and creating great work culture. Mathieu has over 10 years of business leadership experience across internet startups (founded three businesses) and multinationals (Google, AdRoll, Fyber) in Europe and Asia.

Megawaty Khie

Mohammed Abdoolcarim

Mohammed graduated from Stanford in product design. He started his career at Google before leaving to join Apple as their first Siri Product Manager and launched Siri on iPhone 4S. He had worked at several startups including Misfit Wearables, and co-founded Vahan (YC S19) a recruiter for gig economy workers inside of WhatsApp. Mohammed is presently the head of product at Neuron Mobility, an e-scooter sharing product in the micromobility space.
