Nurturing Future Leaders Through Student Voice

At GFM, we believe that leadership starts early. Our Primary Student Leadership Programme provides students with meaningful opportunities to develop responsibility, confidence, and a sense of purpose. In-class Student Ambassadors assume leadership roles that foster responsibility and ownership of their learning environment. Meanwhile, our Whole-School Primary Leaders contribute to the development of strategic areas across the school by sharing their insights and ideas. These roles are not symbolic; they are designed to empower students to make a real difference, helping them grow into thoughtful, innovative, and compassionate future leaders.
