Welcome to the GFGCP Campus Chronicle! We encourage students to contribute their thoughts, creativity, and insights to make our newsletter engaging and informative. Please follow these basic guidelines when submitting your work.

1️⃣ General Guidelines

✅ Original Work – Ensure your submission is your own and not plagiarized.
✅ Relevant Topics – Your article should be related to college life, academics, events, student experiences, opinions, or creative writing etc.
✅ Word Limit – Keep your content between 400-800 words.
✅ Language & Tone – Use a formal yet engaging tone, avoiding slang and offensive language.
✅ Grammar & Clarity – Proofread your work before submission to ensure correct spelling, punctuation, and clarity.

2️⃣ Types of Submissions Accepted

📌 News & Updates – Reports on college events, workshops, or achievements.
📌 Opinion & Editorials – Perspectives on current affairs, social issues, or educational policies.
📌 Interviews – Featuring students, faculty, or alumni.
📌 Creative Writing – Short stories, poetry, or personal experiences.
📌 Art & Photography – Original sketches, digital art, or campus photography.
📌 Humor & Satire – Lighthearted or fun takes on student life.

3️⃣ Formatting Guidelines

📌 Title – Give a clear and catchy title.
📌 Author’s Name & Details – Include your name, course, and year at the end of the article.
📌 Images (if any) – Attach high-quality images (JPEG/PNG) along with proper credits.
📌 Font & Style – Use Times New Roman / Arial, 12pt, and single spacing (if submitting in a document).

4️⃣ Submission Process

✅ File Format – Submit in DOCX (for articles) and JPEG/PNG (for images).

5️⃣ Editing & Approval Process

📌 Your article may be edited for clarity, grammar, or length by the editorial team.
📌 If changes are needed, you will be notified for revisions before final publishing.
📌 The editorial team reserves the right to approve or reject submissions based on quality and relevance.

6️⃣ Ethical Guidelines

❌ Avoid plagiarism – Cite sources if referencing external content.
❌ No discriminatory, offensive, or false content.
