## Common questions
**My alarm didn't ring**
Make sure notifications are on for GetUp and your phone isn't on silent with Focus blocking alarms. On Android, allow exact alarms and turn off battery optimization for GetUp
Delete your GetUp account, with:
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This deletes your account and the data linked to it straight away.
Without the app: email support at your support address from the address you signed in with, asking for your GetUp account to be deleted. It will be done within 30 days.
What is deleted: your account ID, email, and the analytics and purchase records linked to your account.
What is kept: purchase records Google Play keeps for tax and legal reasons. Crash reports aren't linked to you.
**The camera isn't counting my push-ups**
Put your phone on the floor facing you so your head and shoulders are in view, in good light. You can also switch the alarm to a math, typing, photo or shake mission
**How do I restore my purchase?**
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with
**How do I cancel my subscription?**
iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then GetUp
Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then GetUp
Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription
**Can I get a refund?**
Payments go through Apple or Google, so they handle refunds
iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com
Android: request it from your Google Play order history
**How do I move to a new phone?**
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account and your subscription comes with you. Alarms and streaks are kept on your phone
**How do I delete my account?**
Open Settings and tap Delete account. You can also email us from the email linked to your account and we'll delete it within 30 days
**Something isn't working**
Email us your phone model, your app version (in Settings) and what happened, with a screenshot if you can
