SECTION I RESPONSES TO SITUATIONS/INSTRUCTIONS : 

(25 points)

Evaluates a candidate's ability to produce the language through providing appropriate responses to situations and or giving instructions.

SECTION II READING PASSAGE :

(10 points)

Evaluates a candidate's ability to produce the language through reading a passage in French. 

SECTION III GUIDED CONVERSATION :

(45 points)

Evaluates a candidate's receptive competence (Listening Skills = 20 points) as well as their ability to produce the target language (Speaking Skills = 25 points).
