GetPrompt ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is an AI image-prompt library application developed by Nevrik. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App, including premium features and account synchronization.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information (via Google Sign-In) To provide premium features and sync your purchase across devices, we offer Google Sign-In. If you sign in, we collect:

•Your name and email address.

•Your Google profile picture URL.

•A unique identifier provided by Google.

2.2 Purchase Information If you purchase "Lifetime Premium Access," we collect and store:

•Purchase token and transaction ID (via Google Play Billing).

•Your premium status, linked to your Google Account in our secure database (Firebase Firestore).

•Note: We do NOT collect or store your credit card or financial details. All payments are handled securely by Google Play.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically Through Google Firebase and AdMob, we collect:

•Device info (model, OS, language).

•App interaction data (screens viewed, features used).

•Crash logs and diagnostic data.

•Approximate location (country level) via IP.

3. Third-Party Services We use the following services, each with its own policy:

•Google Play Services & Firebase: For analytics, database, and authentication (policies.google.com/privacy).

•Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements.

•Google Play Billing: For processing in-app purchases.

•OneSignal: For sending push notifications (onesignal.com/privacy_policy).

•Cloudinary: For hosting and delivering images (cloudinary.com/privacy).

4. Advertising & GDPR Consent The App uses Google AdMob. For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we use the User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to gather consent for personalized ads. You can manage your choices at any time through the app or device settings.

5. How We Use Your Information

•To verify and maintain your Premium Access.

•To sync your "Favorites" and settings across devices.

•To improve App performance and fix bugs.

•To deliver non-personalized or personalized ads (based on your consent).

6. Data Retention and Deletion

•Account Data: Your account data is stored as long as you have an active account.

•Deletion Request: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at mdsohelrana202611@gmail.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.

•Local Data: "Favorites" saved without an account are stored on your device and removed if you clear app data or uninstall the App.

7. Children's Privacy GetPrompt is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be notified via the App or our website.
