My name is Susan Trammel, and I am the Founder and Creator of Get Fit with Sue. My passion for fitness began in middle school when I joined the summer track team, sparking a lifelong dedication to understanding the most effective ways to increase muscle mass and reduce body fat through training and nutrition. I am a two-time collegiate track and field conference champion, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science as well as some Master's degree in Athletic Training. I currently work as an orthopedic technician and exercise physiologist. My goal is to remind you of the importance of staying fit as a vital component of a long, healthy life.
