For our initial consultation, we will take one hour for me to get to know you. During this initial session, we will discuss your gym experience, any weaknesses or strengths, and your specific fitness goals and expectations. We'll also review your daily and weekly schedule to understand your availability, along with your current nutrition habits. We’ll also do some exercises for me to evaluate our starting point. This information will help us create a customized plan together that aligns with your personal and unique lifestyle and goals.
Please note: If you prefer not to book four sessions in advance, the initial consultation will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
