Who Can Enter
The Contest is open to residents of Canada only that have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside on the contest closing date of each month.
The Contest is not open to employees of DECORIUM.
The Prize
There is one (1) grand prize to be won. The prize will be will be awarded as a credit towards the purchase of anything on our showroom floor (regular price items only). The credit will appear on the customer’s sales bill as a portion of payment at time of purchase and is not redeemable for cash. Each prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Applicable taxes, delivery and administrative fees do not apply. Winner is responsible to pay any difference between the value of the credit and the price of the chosen item(s).
The Contest will run quarterly from January 1st and midnight of the last day of the quarter. The Contest winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a draw to be held on or about the 5th of the following quarter at DECORIUM’s Corporate office 363 Supertest Road, Toronto, Ontario, M3J 2M4.
Following the draw, the selected entrant will be contacted at the email address provided in the entrant’s Contest entry.
In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
a. Redeem the prize notification email within thirty (30) days of transmission.
b. Sign a declaration stating that he/she:

By participating in the Promotion, you (as an Entrant) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor pertaining to the Promotion, which you further agree shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.

The JDX Shopping Spree Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins on November 2, 2019 at 10:00:00 am EST and ends on November 30, 2019 at 11:59:59 pm EST (the “Promotion Period”).
Any Entry received before or after the Promotion Period will be void (except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules).
For the Promotion, the term “Entrant” includes all persons who are JDX members who had registered to become a JDX member at the JD retail store located in the Deerbrook Mall before the start of the Promotion Period, all persons who register to become a JDX member during the Promotion Period at the JD retail store located in the Deerbrook Mall and those persons who enter the Promotion via the available alternate method of entry as described below, provided that such alternative method of entry is timely postmarked. The Deerbrook Mall is located at 20131 US-59, Humble, TX 77338. Additional terms and conditions apply when registering to become a JDX member.
During the Promotion Period, each Entrant will receive one (1) entry (an “Entry”) into the Promotion. A Winner will be randomly selected by the Sponsor from the pool of Entrants for that Promotion Period. Limit one (1) Entry per Entrant for the Promotion. For the Promotion, an Entrant may use only one (1) JDX account or one (1) alternative method of entry, as the case may be, to be entered to win.
