In our first 4 months we’ve signed up 7,000+ Diamond Manufactures, Jewelers and Diamond Dealers. We also featured in various newspapers and TV channels. All the team of 5 hail from Surat, the Diamond hub of India with family ties to Diamond Industry and deep Market/Technology/ Execution experience

Job Description

1. Job description for Business Development Profile:

◆Work with core team members to identify and manage risks.

◆ Oversee the process to attract new clients.

◆ Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

◆Building business relationships with current and potential clients and aware about

them to apply new features to increase their business.

◆Research and identify new market opportunities.

◆ Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

◆ Equipping junior interns with the technical and social skills needed to enhance our business.

◆Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

◆Creating and maintaining prospective client information

◆ Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client

questions and follow-up call questions

◆ Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients

at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences

◆ Provide leads to user from post analysis as and when required

2. Job Description for Web/App development

◆Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

◆Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices

◆Integrate data from various back-end services and databases

◆Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs

◆Create and maintain software documentation

◆Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site

◆Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

◆Proven working experience in web programming

◆Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS

◆Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails

◆A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices

◆Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development

◆Study design briefs and determine requirements

◆Schedule projects and define budget constraints

◆Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
