Gerse currently has 3 Branches of government, Legislative, Executive and Judicial. Gerse starts with a governor for each county, each county governor form a committee which forms a province. For example: the Committee of Shermenagh. Each province has a form of supreme court each having 3 Justices. When the Committee does actions or whatever, the Justices check the constitutionality of that action or order given out. The main Judicial Branch of Gerse headquartered in Ryantown's main job is to interpret actions, orders and laws put in place by the other 2 branches and settles territorial disputes and disputes about the constitutional of some things. The Executive branch headquartered in Ryantown's main job is to enforce laws and carry out executive orders and other things listed in the constitution of Gerse. In the executive branch there is the Prime Minister > Deputy Prime Minister and the Royal Family. The Royal Family checks the power of the ones above and checks in with the nation and other things and does some charitable work. The Legislative branch has the main power in the government and gets checked by the Judicial and checks the Executive.

There is no real use for this department besides housing the Branches of government and housing the government of the provinces. The decision to get rid of this ministryis underway in the legislature.

Ministry of Economics: The Ministry of Economics is the main economical department and its main job is to promote economic growth by ensuring fair trade and promoting job creation.

Ministry of Defense/Department of the National Guard Service: This ministry houses the armed defense forces to defend the nation and also houses the National Police Force which defends the nation with the rest of the NGS. The NPF also does normal police duties but in time of war the NPF helps fight if needed.

Ministry of Economics > Department of Businesses: This department works with the DoE and helps businesses grow and or start. The DoB also issues business licenses and some other things.

Ministry of Justice: This Ministry owns the whole judicial system besides the Supreme Judicial Body of Gerse. The MoJ does court cases and pretty much everything legal.

Ministry of Health and Human Needs: The MHHN takes care of housing and owns multiple state sponsored programs like housing first and doing charitable work. They also do medical stuff and own the hospitals.

Ministry of Public Safety: This is basically firefighters and EMS/Paramedics and does coast guard duties as well. They just make sure the public is safe.

Environmental & Historical Protection Ministry: The EHPM protects the National Parks and protected sites and works with multiple other departments to make sure the National Parks and protected sites are kept protected.

Ministry of Education: The Ministry of Education owns the schools and federal colleges and federal school. They do pretty much everything education and also helps train people in other departments.

Ministry of Treasure: This Ministry manages government spending and finances. They also collect taxes, manage and create currency, government accounts and public debt. This Ministry also works with multiple other departments to enforce finance and tax laws.

Ministry of Affairs: This Ministry does everything foreign and internal affairs like alliances, orginizations and other things.

Secret State Committee: This departments job was to collect, anylize, evaluate and disseminate foreign and internal intelligence. They held ownership to the most elite special forces in the nation called the Satsgroup (Special Applications Task Service Group). The SSC has been shut down until further notice, SSC is not active and has been shut down by the legislature of Gerse.

Ministry of Energy: This Ministry supplies and collects energy and fixes power stuff and electrical stuff. They also administer the nations energy policy.

Ministry of Transportation: This Ministry takes care of public transportation and set safety regulations on different types of travel.

National Media Service: This is the nations official media service that is a news, radio and newspaper station and sets regulations on media and safety regarding it.

National Postal Service: This is the main postal service which delivers and exports mail and takes care of what comes in to the nation and what goes out.
