High Frequency Vocabulary (=words you hear and see a lot, which are therefore super useful!)
- CHE's own Cameron Lund wrote a program to import the top 5000(sic!) words into Quizlet, and divided them into 100-word sets, starting with the most frequent. If you know the top 250 words well, let alone the top 500, then you already have the raw material for countless conversations!

- These are readings divided up by level according to a European Framework (A1, A2, B1):https://lingua.com/de/deutsch/lesen/
- To put into perspective: an average student graduating after 4 years of German should feel comfortable with the A2 readings, and be able to get a foothold (at least) in the B1 readings.
