Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the German Master App mobile application (the "App") operated by Nabil Massaoudi ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. When you create an account, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App.
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nabil Massaoudi and his licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The App may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Our App may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Nabil Massaoudi. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Nabil Massaoudi and his employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the App; or b) a breach of these Terms.
In no event shall Nabil Massaoudi, nor his employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
