DeutschFlow (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is a German language learning application designed to help users learn and practice German through structured lessons, vocabulary, grammar, listening, speaking, pronunciation, career-focused learning, and progress tracking.
This Privacy Policy explains what information DeutschFlow may collect, why it is used, how it is handled, and the choices available to you.
By using DeutschFlow, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Some locally stored information may remain on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the App.

The App may request access to your device's microphone when you choose to use a feature that requires speech input.
Microphone access may be used for:
Pronunciation exercises
Speaking drills
Speech recognition
Interactive speaking practice
DeutschFlow does not require microphone access for ordinary lessons that do not use speaking functionality.
If speech recognition is provided by your device, operating system, or another speech service, audio or speech data may be processed by that service according to its own privacy practices.
You can deny or revoke microphone permission through your device settings. Speaking features requiring microphone access may not work if permission is disabled.
DeutschFlow provides German listening and pronunciation features using authored audio and/or device text-to-speech technology.
Some learning media may be delivered through Cloudinary.
Text-to-speech processing may also rely on services provided by your device or operating system.
DeutschFlow does not use these features to secretly record conversations.
DeutschFlow may use Cloudinary to host and deliver learning media such as audio and other educational assets.
When your device requests this content, Cloudinary may receive technical information normally associated with internet requests, such as IP address, device/browser information, requested resource, and related delivery information.
DeutschFlow does not place Cloudinary administrative credentials or API secrets inside the mobile application.
DeutschFlow may provide optional notifications, including:
