2018 HOA Dues of $240 is due on January 31, 2018.

- Please pick up after your dog. We know that there are a few dogs running loose that do not belong to HOA members.
- If you are planning on putting up a shed, painting the outside of your house, putting up a fence, or adding a structure in your yard, contact an Architectural Committee member to put in your plan for approval.
- Reminder: The city picks up yard waste (trees, wood (cannot have metal) and grass clippings) on Monday. Tuesday and Friday are normal trash days. Tuesday is also recycling day. Make sure to get your recycling out early. The truck has been coming very early to pick up recycling. Miscellaneous trash pickup no longer happens on Thursday. Any large items have to be torn down and put into your garbage can, or you can take these items to the dump. Please do not leave your trash can or recycling bins out for days at a time.
