February 2-6, 2026
Sapienza Università di Roma, INdAM room
We are glad to announce the "INdAM Workshop GeoVar Winter School on PDES".
Its central theme will be the geometric and variational aspects of elliptic partial differential equations. The aim is to provide a high-level training opportunity for young researchers while also creating a vibrant environment for scientific exchange with established experts in the field.
The structure of the event has been carefully designed to maximize both didactic impact and interaction. Each morning will feature two minicourses of 10 hours each, delivered by internationally renowned researchers, covering advanced and current topics related to the geometric and variational theory of elliptic PDEs. The afternoons are designed to foster informal interactions and potential collaborations among participants. In fact, they are structured as a mixture of scientific talks (4 senior speakers and 6 junior researchers) and free time devoted to discussions among speakers and participants.
The proceedings of the workshop will be published in a volume of the INDAM-SPRINGER series indexed in Scopus.
