SITE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Geological Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience for the same position.

• Excellent communication skills, team player, flexible and well organized.

• Fluent in English both Oral and written, can speak Mandarin is an advantage.

• Can operate Autocad is a must.

• Willing to be placed on the project site (all around Indonesia) with roster working time.

Job Overview:

• Supervise the work’s progress.

• Make report of the work’s progress (daily, weekly, and monthly).

• Collect technical data.

• Supervise soil investigation work.

PROJECT ACCOUNTING (SITE)

Qualifications:

• Min has 1 year of experience of related background, Minimum D3 in Economics, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent

• Preferably have 1-2 years experience as Project Accounting or relevant experience

• Proficient in MS Office

• Fluent in English is a must

• Willing to be placed on the project site (construction site project) and ready to relocate (we will provide boarding house)

Job Overview:

• Prepare of All Expenses (Petty Cash) in Project

• Prepare of All Purchase Request for Procurement

• Prepare of All Documents (Bill of Loading for Solar, BTB/Receipt Document, Bukti Barang Keluar/BKB & Timesheet for Procurement

• Prepare for Attendance Workers

• Prepare Documents of All Foreign Worker working permit

• Prepare Attendance and Payment for Workers Salary (Field Project)

• Follow up to Supplier/Vendor about Tax Invoice for Head Office (Tax Department)

• Payment for Material Items, Travelling, Supplies, Food and Health

• Payment of Supplier/Vendor and Coordination with Procurement/Finance/Legal Department

• Supporting of Project Manager Needs and Business

HSE/SAFETY OFFICER (SITE)

Qualifications:

• Min. Diploma of Public Health/ Engineering/ equivalent

• Min. 2 years experience working on construction site

• Proficient in English, can speak mandarin is an advantage

• Can implement Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), HSE Plan, SMK3 and Lifting Plan

• Must have the certification of General K3 (Ahli K3 Umum)

• Understand basic engineering

Job Overview:

• Maintain and protect HSE standards within organization in accordance with current legislation.

• Identify potential hazards and determining ways of reducing risks

• Providing health and safety meeting, training preparation for employees

• Ensuring the project requirements for HSE

HR GENERALIST (HO)

Placement: Head Office

GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Master Degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering).

• Fresh graduate from Master Degree with internship or some professional working experiences are welcome to apply.

• Have a good knowledge and mastery about geotechnical analysis & monitoring.

• Fluent in English both Oral and written, can speak Mandarin is an advantage.

• Can operate PLAXIS & AUTOCAD is a must.

Job Overview:

• Perform geotechnical (soil improvement) design and analysis.

• Compose technical proposal Estimate schedule for bidding process.

• Prepare technical memo and analysis for ongoing project.

• Presentation to the client.

• Request, check, control, and reporting an appropriate & necessary test.

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE (TECHNICIAN)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma III Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Fluent in English is an advantage

• At least 2 Years of working experience (hydraulic, engine, electrical)

• Willing to work with roster time

• Willing to be place in Cikupa (will often visit the other sites all around Indonesia)

Job Overview:

• Maintenance and services (overhaul, repair, troubleshoot) especially for crane/ excavator/ drilling machine (borepile & stone column), etc.

• Electrical system & wiring diagram

• Field/ site visit

• Other related tasks
