Unlike many other camera applications, Geo Tag Camera Pro is a fully offline, local-first application. We do not run external servers, and we do not collect, transmit, or monetize your personal data.
2. Information Collection and Use
To provide core functionalities—such as overlaying geographic coordinates onto your photos—the App requires access to specific device features. All data processed by these permissions remains strictly on your mobile device.
Location Data: The App requires access to your device's GPS/location services to determine your exact coordinates, altitude, and timestamp. This data is used solely to embed location tags into the metadata or visual layout of the photos you take.
Camera Access: The App requires camera permissions to capture photographs and videos within the application.
Storage / Photos Access: The App requires access to your device’s internal or external storage to save the stamped photos directly to your gallery and read existing images if you choose to tag them.
Zero Server Transmission: None of the data captured by the camera, processed by the GPS, or read from your storage is ever sent to external servers, third parties, or the developer.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
You have total control over the data generated within the App:
In-App Delete Button: You can use the built-in "Delete" options within the App to remove locally cached data or app-generated files instantly.
Clear Data / Uninstallation: If you clear the App's data via your device settings, or if you completely uninstall the App, all locally stored configuration files, app settings, and app-specific caches will be permanently erased from your device. Note: Photos explicitly exported and saved to your device's main media gallery will remain in your gallery unless you manually delete them.
4. Security
Because all processing happens entirely on your physical device, the security of your data relies heavily on your device's built-in security features. We recommend keeping your operating system updated and using secure device locking mechanisms.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.

1. Accuracy of Location Data
Geo Tag Camera Pro relies entirely on your mobile device’s internal hardware (GPS, GLONASS, cellular network triangulation, or Wi-Fi positioning) to capture geographical coordinates. The App does not guarantee 100% accuracy, precision, or timeliness of the embedded location metadata. Environmental factors, satellite visibility, and device hardware limitations may cause discrepancies in the recorded location.
2. No External Backup
Because the App does not use cloud servers or external databases, there is no online backup of your app configurations or session data. If your device is lost, damaged, or if you perform a factory reset without manually backing up your photos to an external storage medium, data managed solely within the App cannot be recovered.
3. Legal and Professional Use
The stamps and tags provided by this App are intended for informational, personal, organizational, and general professional tracking use. The App should not be relied upon as a primary source for critical legal surveys, hazardous navigation, or official law enforcement documentation where absolute certified accuracy is required.
4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the App, including but not limited to the loss of photos, incorrect geotagging data, or data corruption.
