受付

• 参加費は受付時にお支払いください。QRコードによる支払いを予定しています。イベント当日までに指定の受付場所（大会本部）にて受付をお済ませいただくようお願いします。ゼッケン・参加賞は受付時にお渡しします。 

  • ただし、場合により、参加賞は大会当日、会場受付にて受け渡しとなる可能性があります。

• 当日参加できなくなった場合も、参加賞は指定の受付場所（大会会期中のみ）にてお渡しいたします。

Reception

• Please pay the participation fee at registration. We plan to accept payments via QR code. Please complete registration at the designated registration desk (Event Headquarters) by the day of the event. Race bibs and participation gifts will be distributed at registration.

  • However, depending on the circumstances, participation gifts may be distributed at the venue reception desk on the day of the event.

• If you are unable to participate on the day of the race, you can still pick up your prize at the designated registration area (during the conference period only).

• 自己都合による申込・支払い完了後の登録内容の変更、キャンセルはできません。

• 制限時間は40分です。この時間で4 kmのランを終了できない可能性のある方は、ウォーク部門でのご参加をご検討ください。

• スタート／ゴール地点でテント下に簡易的な荷物置き場を設置しますが、所持品は各自で管理をお願いします。貴重品の放置はご遠慮ください。また、大きい荷物は学会会場のクロークをご活用ください。

• ゴミ等は、必ず各自でお持ち帰りください。

• 雨天決行。ただし著しい悪天候の場合は中止となる場合があり、前日または当日朝までにウェブサイトにて通知します。

• シャワー施設は少し離れた場所ですが以下にあります。

  • ランナーズスパ@幕張温泉湯楽の里（幕張海浜公園の南東側）

  • 快活CLUB海浜幕張店（海浜幕張駅北口より徒歩2分）

• シェアサイクルのステーション（千葉臨海線第1緑地 ZOZOマリンスタジアム前）が、Gブロックからすぐ東のマリンスタジアム北側道路にありますので、移動にご利用いただけます。

Other notes

• No change or cancellation of registration due to personal reasons is allowed after completion of the application and payment.

• The time limit is 40 minutes. If you may not be able to finish the 4 km Run within this time, please consider participating in the Walk category.

• A simple luggage storage area will be set up under the tent at the start/finish line, but please take care of your personal belongings by yourself. Please refrain from leaving valuables unattended. For large items, please consider using the cloakroom at the conference venue.

• Please be sure to take all trash back with you.

• The event will be held rain or shine. In case of extremely bad weather, the event may be cancelled, and notification will be posted on the website the day before or by the morning of the day.

• Shower facilities are located a short distance away and can be found at the following (in Japanese):

  • Runners' Spa at Makuhari Onsen Yura-no-Sato (Southeast side of Makuhari Seaside Park) 

  • Kaikatsu CLUB Kaihin-Makuhari branch (2-minute walk from the north exit of Kaihin-Makuhari Station)

• A shared bicycle station is located on the north side road of the Marine Stadium just east of Block G for your transportation.

• 自己都合による申込後の種目変更、キャンセルはできません。

• 主催者は、怪我、疫病や紛失、その他の事故に際し、一切の責任を負いません。参加者の自己責任となります。

• 主催者側でもレクリエーション傷害保険に加入致しますが、各自での傷害保険への加入も推奨いたします。

• 募集期限までに最小催行人数に達しなかった場合、イベントを中止することがございます。

• 地震、風水害、暴風雨、事件、事故、疾病ほか主催者の責によらない事由によりイベントを中止する場合、参加費・手数料は返金いたしません。

• イベント中の映像・写真・記事等のインターネット等への掲載権は主催者に属します。

• 主催者は、個人情報の保護法令を厳守し、参加者の個人情報を取り扱います。

Terms and conditions

• The organizer will not be responsible for any injury, disease, loss, or other accidents. Participants are responsible for their own injuries, illnesses, losses, and other accidents.

• The organizer will provide recreational accident insurance, but it is also recommended that participants purchase their own insurance.

• The event may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not reached by the application deadline.

• If the event is cancelled due to earthquakes, windstorms, floods, storms, incidents, accidents, diseases, or other reasons beyond the control of the organizer, there will be no refund of the participation fee and handling charges.

• The organizer reserves the right to post images, photos, articles, etc., during the event on the Internet and other media.

• The organizer will handle the personal information of participants in strict compliance with the laws and regulations for the protection of personal information.
