幕張メッセの中を、メッセ駐車場の方面（西）に進み、メッセ駐車場側出口の直前にある階段もしくはエレベータで地上に降りて、歩道を南に進み、歩道橋を渡ると会場入口です。
事前チェックインはございません。
当日、幕張海浜公園内の集合場所に直接お越しください。
ランに登録された方は、ゼッケンをお渡しいたしますので、時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。
ランの場合、速く走れそうな方はスタートラインの前方にお並びください。
ウォークは、ランナーの後方に、少しスペースを空けてお集まりください。
いずれの場合も、必ずスタート10分前の12時30分までに集合場所にお越しください。

ランとウォークでコースが異なります。
また、いずれも周回の半分ほどは未舗装路（不整地）となりますので、ご承知おきください。
天候次第では、水たまりやぬかるみの箇所が生じます。とくに野球場とその周りが、荒れる傾向にあります。
また、草刈りはしてあるようですが、伸びも早いので、当日も最初は若干走りにくい部分もあるかもしれません。
スタートからしばらくは舗装路です。
その後、ラン・ウォークともに未舗装路に入ります。
ランは、未舗装区間に入ってすぐ、野球場の方に上ります。
野球場の中を、サインに従い進んでください。
野球場から出るところでは、1〜3周目までは元の舗装路に戻る方面へ進んでいただきます。
4周目、最終周回では、右側の「椰子の木ストレート」の方面に進んでいただき、フィニッシュまで直進してください。
なお、周回数はご自身でカウントしてください。お間違いのないよう、ご注意願います。
ウォークは、舗装路に入ったら野球場には向かわず直進し、海岸沿いを奥まで進みます。
折り返し点で、誘導員からシールを受け取ってください。
2周ありますので、フィニッシュ時にシールが2つあることを確認いたします。
また、公共の公園であり、一般の歩行者や自転車の通行があるため、衝突等しないよう、また追い抜き・すれ違いには充分にご注意ください。
時間制限は40分です。必ずこの時間内にお戻りください。
ランの方は、フィニッシュ後、必ず着順に並び、タイム計測スタッフの確認を受けてください。
これを受けないと、正しくタイムづけができませんので、どうかご協力をお願いいたします。
ウォークの方はフィニッシュ時、受付で帰還のチェックを受けてください。
ランの方は上記着順確認後、ウォークの方は帰還チェック時、受付で参加賞のTシャツと水ボトルをお受け取りください。
公園Gブロック内、北側にトイレがあります。
また、着替え用の小型テント（1人用高さ2m）を受付の裏に設置しますので、ご希望の方はお着替えにお使いください。
しかし、充分な更衣スペースはありませんので、できるだけランニング・ウォーキングができる服装でお越しください。

バッグは集合場所（テントがあります）に置くことができます。ただし、貴重品の安全は保証できませんので、各自で管理してくださいますようお願いいたします。
大きな荷物については、学会会場のクロークの利用をご検討ください。
ゴミ等は、必ず各自でお持ち帰りください。
製作会社の工程遅延もあり、現状、赤色のTシャツが当日配達となる予定となっております。
そのため、一部、当日その場でお渡しできない可能性もございます。

Go through Makuhari Messe in the direction of the Messe parking lot (west), take the stairs or elevator down to the ground level just before the exit on the Messe parking lot side, walk south along the sidewalk, and cross the pedestrian bridge to reach the entrance to the venue.
There is no advance check-in.
Please come directly to the meeting point in Makuhari Seaside Park on the day of the event.
Those who have registered for the run will receive a bib, so please arrive there well before the start time.
For the run, please line up in front of the starting line if you think you can run fast.
For the walk, please gather behind the runners, leaving some space.
In all cases, please be sure to arrive at the assembly point by 12:30 p.m., 10 minutes before the start time.

The course differs between the run and the walk.
Please be advised that half of both laps will be on unpaved paths.
Depending on the weather, there may be puddles and muddy areas. In particular, the baseball field and its surrounding areas tend to be rough.
Also, although the grass has been mowed, it is growing fast, so it may be a little tough to run on the day of the event.
For a while after the start, the path will be paved.
After that, both the run and walk will be on unpaved paths.
For the run, as soon as you enter the unpaved section, you will go up toward the baseball field.
Follow the signs through the baseball field.
Where you exit the baseball field, you will proceed in the direction of the original return to the paved road for the first three laps.
On the fourth and final lap, please proceed in the direction of the "Palm Tree Straight" on the right and continue straight to the finish.
Please count the number of laps by yourself. Be careful not to make miscounts.
For the walk, when you enter the unpaved section, please do not head for the baseball field, but go straight and continue along the shoreline to the end of the path.
At the turnaround point, please receive a sticker from the guide.
Since there are two laps, we will confirm that you have two stickers at the finish.
Please be careful not to collide with others, as this is a public park and there will be pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
The time limit is 40 minutes. Please be sure to return within this time limit.
After the finish, runners must line up in the order in which they arrived and be checked by the time measurement staff.

Walkers will finish by being checked at the registration desk.
For the runners, after being confirmed in the above order of arrival, and for the walkers, after being checked back, please pick up your prize T-shirt and water bottle at the registration desk.
Restrooms are located on the north side of Block G of the park.
In addition, a small tent (2-m high for one person) will be set up behind the registration desk for those who wish to use it for changing.
However, there is no adequate changing space, so please come dressed in running/walking clothes as much as possible.
Shower facilities in the neighborhood are as follows, although they are a bit far from the event site.

A shared bicycle station is located on the north side road of Marine Stadium, just east of G block, and may be used for transportation.

Bags can be left at the meeting point (there will be a tent). However, we cannot guarantee the safety of your valuables, so please take care of them by yourself.
For large luggage, please consider using the cloakroom at the conference venue.
Please be sure to take your garbage home with you.
Due to delays at the production company, the red T-shirts are currently scheduled to be delivered on the day of the event.
Therefore, there is a possibility that some of the T-shirts may not be delivered on site.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you are unable to pick up your T-shirt in time, we will contact you as soon as it arrives.

The event will be held rain or shine. However, the event may be cancelled in the event of heavy rain, strong winds, or other extreme weather conditions. In such cases, a notice will be posted on the website by the morning of the day of the event.
In the evening of the day of the event, an awards ceremony will be held in conjunction with the JpGU Awards Ceremony for the Run Division.
The top three winners in each category will be awarded.
