Nominations for ACTE Excellence Awards are submitted through state associations like Georgia ACTE. Each Georgia ACTE Division submits its division winners to the GACTE Awards committee. The Awards Committee panel of judges reviews every submission and chooses winners to be submitted to the GACTE Office. The selection process involves rigorous evaluation by panels of CTE professionals who assess nominees based on specific criteria for each award category. Winners are recognized at the GACTE Summer Conference. The Georgia winners are submitted to the ACTE Region 2 Committee to be judged for submission to the ACTE. National winners are recognized at the annual ACTE CareerTech VISION conference.
