*As our product availability and closing times vary, we strongly recommend calling the store ahead of time to place a pre-order*
About the business...
Our bakers come in between 11pm -1am to begin prepping the morning's donuts. Each batch of donuts takes approximately 3 hours to mix, cut, proof, and fry.
The number of donuts we make each day is forecast based on several factors, including the day of the week relative to the prior week, recent crowd levels, and the number of donuts counted in that day's pre-orders.
As our crowd varies and the number of donuts we sell each day is unpredictable, our store closes when the donuts sell out.
To this end, our store's main goal is to be as accommodating as possible for our customers.
We recommend calling ahead and placing an order if you are sure you want donuts on a certain day. This way, we can pack your specially picked donuts before they go and keep the store open into the late morning with a good selection left.

FAQ's
The time we close varies daily, depending on how busy we are and how much each customer buys. We try our best to estimate how many donuts will hold us until noon without leaving any leftovers, but we never know for sure. Some days we are extremely busy, and people buy multiple dozens - leaving us to close early. Other days, we make more than people want, and wind up staying open into the afternoon until customers stop coming in.
Of course! In fact, we recommend that everyone call in advance to place an order and ensure they get the donuts they want. If you want any of the specialties (fritters, cinnamon rolls, croissants) in particular, I would highly suggest calling the night before, as they sell quickly when we open.
There is no telling what the best time to come in is, but our first rush seems to come in consistently every day between 7:00 and 7:30. Some days the rush comes and goes, and other days it lasts hours.
We do not sell gluten-free donuts as we only have one kitchen in the back for frying. To be gluten-free, we would need a separate kitchen to avoid cross-contamination from the large amount of flour we use.
A batch takes approximately 3 hours to make, and if we made a new batch when the donuts started running low, they wouldn't come out until late. By then, our crowd will have died down, and the donuts will not sell.
