Failure

In 1991 at age 27 Steve Harvey was homeless, living inside his car. He had to bathe himself in a hotel bathroom. One day he got a phone call that changed his life, to appear on the TV show Showtime at The Apollo, in New York City a once in the lifetime chance. He looked in his wallet he only had $35 dollars and he was in Jacksonville Florida. He worked and struggled to get to New York City , and that night he met D.L. Hughley, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and Jamie Foxx for the first time but those future celebrities were booed off stage.
