George I. Iordanidis is a soccer coach and author with a passion for history, culture, and youth development. He has published three works: a children’s fiction novelette that blends imagination with timeless lessons, an adult fiction novelette exploring memory, resilience, and the complexities of love, and a soccer training manual.
He holds an MSc in Football Coaching from the University of East London, a BA (Hons) in Football Studies from Solent University, and a CertHE in Kinesiotherapy from IEK Hippocrates in Athens, along with multiple qualifications in sports science, education, and history.
Beyond writing, George brings extensive experience in football coaching and scouting. He has guided youth and women’s teams in England, coached Greece’s Amputee National Team, and served as a scout for Polish clubs Górnik Łęczna and Wisła Kraków. His contributions extend to book reviewing, translation, and fieldwork as an enumerator.
In his free time, George enjoys reading about historical events, writing folk songs, and crafting short quotes that reflect his thoughts and values. His writing is driven by a love of culture, language, and the transformative power of stories to connect with and inspire readers of all ages and backgrounds.
