I'm a veteran educator with advanced degrees in curriculum and instruction, as well as leadership for educational organizations with a focus on adult learning. My career has led me to some incredible places: a middle school English teacher in Boston and Denver, an instructional coach and professional development facilitator in New York City Public Schools, an instructional designer at two universities in New York and a Silicon Valley start up.
My instructional design is steeped in pedagogical and andragogical best practice with a focus on learner choice, accessibility, and relevance. I'm skilled with tools like Articulate 360, Canvas, Kaltura, Keynote, Camtasia, Adobe CC, Canva, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Kaltura, YuJa, Chalk and Wire, and more, but I'm always eager to learn new tools and strategies that will excite and engage learners.
