I began my teaching journey as a teaching assistant (TA) in Fall 2018 at K-State. I was the tutor for Money and Banking, Principles of Microeconomics, and Intermediate Macroeconomics. I have taught Principles of Macroeconomics and Intermediate Macroeconomics as an independent instructor for the past three and half years. As a result of my teaching abilities, I was awarded the Thomas Graduate Student Teaching Award in Economics for excellence in undergraduate teaching in 2022 at K-State.
I have served as an honors student mentor at K-State. To stimulate intellectual curiosity and add relevance and meaning to learning, I guide honors students to creatively develop a research idea that will allow them to employ the tools and theoretical models I taught in class to address important macroeconomic problems.
