The Application is committed to minimal data collection. Accordingly, the Developer expressly confirms that the Application does NOT collect the following:

• Precise or approximate geographic location data from your mobile device.

• Personal identification documents, financial account information, or payment credentials of any kind.

• Contact lists, calendar data, photos, media files, or other sensitive personal content stored on your device.

• Any biometric data whatsoever.

1.3 Artificial Intelligence

The Application does not incorporate, utilize, or deploy any Artificial Intelligence (AI) or machine learning technologies to process, analyze, or profile user data. All gameplay mechanics and features are executed through conventional game logic without AI-based data processing.

1.4 Account Registration

The Application does not require users to create an account, register with personal credentials, or provide any personally identifiable information in order to access and enjoy the core gameplay features. The Game is fully functional without any form of user registration.

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA USE

The information automatically collected by the Application is used solely for the following legitimate operational purposes:

The game contains no violent content, no adult themes, and no inappropriate material. 4.2 COPPA Commitment

The Developer is fully committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and all other applicable children's privacy laws and regulations. In accordance with these obligations:
