We will have a pre-registration for those requesting accommodation or sending a financial support application. Once the pre-registration is closed and funding is allocated, we will open the Event registration through the Mathematical Institute's portal. This will be a first-come, first-served registration, and since spaces are limited(due to L2's capacity, we recommend early registration.

Accommodation: we have pre-booked rooms at Jesus College in the center of Oxford, UK, which you can reserve for yourself during the Mathematical Institute registration.
At the time of the pre-registration you will be able to request financial support, and if granted, you will receive a code to be used during the event's registration through the Mathematical Institute portal.
