It doesn't need to be 100% wikian made or published by a wikian, but a wikian must have helped build a part.
2: Levels must not have spam above 30 cps.
I don't care, 30 cps is the MAX cps. Levels with higher cps are illegible for list placement.
3: Levels must not be build on just spam.
2 levels submitted to the list were both denied for this rule. One was a 1 second levels that exceeped cps rules and was just spam. The other was a 2 hour 20 cps ufo spam.
4: Fight for your opinions!
If you want to express that "Oh, The Silenced Grind should be the 4th hardest", you can! Actually, I encourage you to! This list's placements are 50% based on what diffuculty I think the levels are and 50% what the community thinks the diffuculty is. So, if you rally enough people, their decisions can override mine!
