Born and brought up in Belgaum and completed the schooling from B.K. Model High School. PUC and Bachelor degree from G.S.Sc. College, Belgaum, while the Master degree from Geology Department of Karnataka University, Dharwad. Presently, pursuing Ph.D. on Coastal pollution. Presently working as Asst. Professor at Department of Civil Engineering, S G Balekundri Institute of Technology, Belagavi since 2016. Before this I was working at Vishwanathrao Deshpade Institute of Technology, Haliyal from 2011 to 2016.
I have been working over the various coastal belts of India since 2008. I, strongly believe on the integrated research and carried out various research activities related to it. Few of the projects which have received well appreciation as well as the funding are the preparation of map of salt affected areas of Karwar, relation of Morphology of beach to the coastal wall protection, pollution of Belgaum city and more. I also, worked on the various environmental issues like Ground Water recharge, Rain Water Harvesting. Presently I am working on Hydroponic Agriculture technology where we are planning for reducing the wastage of water which is practiced in Traditional Agriculture.
I have been considered as the noted Geologist and Hydroponic farmer in this part of Karnataka. Due to my contribution towards the teaching as well towards the research I have been awarded with the Nation Builder Award 2018 by E-Rotary Club of Belagum Dist 3170.
I share a various positions in professional bodies like Treasures, Mining Engineers' of India, Belgaum Chapter, Joint Secretary, Karnataka Engineering College Geology Teachers Association, Banguluru. Also a member of various organizations like Indian Green Building Association of India, E-Rotaty Club of Belagum, Founder member of Shoonya foundation. professional member of Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME)
